Working closely with the leadership team, she helps guide strategic decision-making while leading initiatives that strengthen financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the company's continued growth.

As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Insiya combines strong financial expertise with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. She enjoys using data to solve complex business challenges, improve processes, and implement systems that help the organization make informed decisions and operate more effectively.

Outside of work, Insiya enjoys spending time with her family, creating special memories with her daughter, travelling, and exploring new cultures. She is also passionate about personal finance, investing, and lifelong learning.
